Can I order from G&G Bros

G&G Bros sells to registered organisations with a valid active ABN. G&G does not generally sell direct to public, as it wishes to remain non-competitive with its customers. Wholesale pricing is exclusive to re-selling customers. Non-Retailer ABN Holders may request an account to purchase at a discount from retail rates.

Since 1991, we've been proudly serving retailers across Australia. To improve the quality of the service we provide, we've have launched our online webstore which now allows retailers to:

  1. Request freight estimate
  2. Request and manage quotes
  3. Place orders online
  4. Check our stock

Wholesale approval

Our team will review your application and respond with the outcome of your wholesale account. In the meantime, you will be able to browse our products and view RRP. Wholesale pricing will become available on approval. All prices displayed are inclusive of GST.

Log in to your account

Once registered, you will be able to log in to your account at our login page.

Requesting a quote

Need to discuss an order with us before finalising your order? Add the items to cart and “create quote from cart” and we can help you from there. This is not a commitment to buy, but will allow us to best assist you with your queries. 

This is great if you have questions about our products or confirm process and discounts before finalising the order.

Shipping and freight

We don’t currently have a minimum order requirement for our retailers and through our website, you’re able to place orders through our courier network.

For bulky and larger orders, palletised freight is recommended due to the fragile nature of our items, and is required for some large items in some locations. Pallet loads will need to be unloaded at the destination - if unsure, please check with us prior to finalising your order, as this can sometimes lead to additional shipping charges such as tail lift fees and other charges applied after delivery.

Viewing existing orders

You can view your existing orders in one convenient location. You can also track and manage payments per order here. Please note that orders placed before 1 Feb 2024 may not appear here. If you require support, reach out to the team.

Payment for orders

We accept payment for orders via credit card (online checkout via Stripe) or EFT (please include your order/invoice number as reference). 

For pro forma customers (without credit terms), please send remittance upon payment to ensure timely dispatch of your items.

Can I request credit terms?

Customers with a consistent buying history are able to request credit terms. Please request an application form from our team. G&G Bros's trading terms are 30 days from EOM.

We may review existing credit accounts from time to time and update credit status. If your account has been inactive for 12 months or more, we may revert your account to pro forma. Additionally, continuously overdue accounts may be suspended or reverted to pro forma status. 

Issues adding to cart (and already have an account?)

1. Check which account is being used - and that it is your usual account / main company account with us. 
2. Log out and log in via this link https://www.ggbros.com.au/_myacct/logout (logging out can assist in clearing out lingering issues.)
3. Try another browser, such as chrome or firefox 
4. Try a session in a private / incognito tab and another not in the incognito window.
5. Clear your browser cache
